We believe in educating families on life on the farm & starting fun family traditions. We do this by creating a unique Texas style farm entertainment experience for families & groups. We are a seasonal family events venue hosting a variety of attractions throughout the year. We start in the Springtime with our Easter Festival. In the Summer months come for our u pickʼem produce & fun park. Enjoy the experience of picking your own delicious farm fresh produce. In the Fall, we host our u pickʼem pumpkin patch, fall festival & famous corn maze. In the nights before Hallows Eve donʼt miss our haunted Field of Screams event. We also love hosting our local schools for their yearly field trips and educating kids at our summer farm camps.

Q Are there refunds if guests leave due to rain?

No, however you can check with the ticket booth before you leave P-6 Farms to see if they will give you a rain check, allowing you to return on a future date during the current maze season.

Q Can I bring my own food/drinks?

Unfortunately, you cannot. Our concession stands sell lots of yummy food onsite. We have a large grassy area and picnic tables that are available on a first-come-first-serve basis.

Q What age is P-6 Farms most appropriate for?

One great thing about P-6 Farms is that we offer something that everyone, of all ages, can enjoy. From babies, up to grandmas and grandpas, our goal is to make sure everyone in your group leaves with memories to cherish.

Q Can we bring our dog or other family pet?

No, as much as we love dogs, they are NOT allowed on the farm.

Q Can I leave my child unattended at the farm?

Children under 12 MUST have a parent chaperon on the farm grounds AND must be accompanied by an adult in the maze. ABSOLUTELY NO EXCEPTIONS.

Q Do adults have to pay to come in just to accompany their children during the Pumpkin Fest?

Yes, anyone 3 years and older is required to pay an admission. Even if you accompanying your child to their friend’s birthday party.

Q How many acres is P-6 farms?

P-6 Farms is large enough to run our cattle and hay operation along with our seasonal produce and Pumpkin Fest and Corn Maze.

Q How do you make the maze?

It takes lots of practice. Our particular process of making the maze is a trade secret, but we can tell you that we plant the whole field in the summer and then cut out the design when the corn plants are still fairly short. The design is created on a computer and then transferred into the corn field.

Q How big is the maze and how long does it take to get through it?

The two mazes (the small & large maze) are cut into 8 total acres of corn. The average person will finish the entire maze within one hour. The small maze is roughly 2 acres and should only take about 15 minutes to navigate. Some people have taken longer and some have finished quicker. Just remember, no running. For those who might be concerned with the length of time it takes you to finish, are encouraged to flag down the “corn cop” in the tower. He will guide our other “corn cops” your way for a quick exit of the maze.

Q Do you provide a map?

We sure do! You can also scan the QR Code on the map sign and can use your mobile device as a guide.

Q Do you offer any games in the maze?

Yes, we do. In the small maze, we have incorporated the book Spookley, The Square Pumpkin. Follow the correct path to read life sized pages of the book that brings awareness to bullying. October is National Bullying Prevention Month and Spookley is the Official Spokes-Pumpkin! The large maze has a more interactive game. It’s called FSI (Farm Scene Investigation), and participating maze goers are on the path to finding Farmer Joe, who is missing.

Q Can I eat the corn?

You could, but it would not taste very good. The variety that we grow is field corn for cattle, which we harvest at the end of each season.

Q Is the farm open during the week of Thanksgiving?

No, we (along with our valuable employees) enjoy spending our time with family as we are reminded of just how thankful we are.

Q Can we go through the maze more than once?

Absolutely! We want you to explore different paths. You never know, you might even become an expert!

Q What happens if we cut through the maze and/or don’t follow the other listed rules?

Cutting through our maze is the number one Cardinal Rule. We don’t allow it and you will escorted off the farm. By cutting through the maze, it destroys the corn and ruins the path ways for other maze goers and our numerous school field trips.

Q Can we celebrate and have a birthday party at the farm?

Absolutely, we’d love for you to bring your party to the farm, however we do not offer any party pricing. Birthday cake/cup cakes are the only food allowed in. You may reserve up to 2 tables for your party, but on a “first come first serve” basis.

Q Do you offer group rates?

Group rates are not available, however if you purchase your ticket early, you’ll get the best bang for your buck.

Q Is your group Tax Exempt?

If your group is considered tax-exempt, please email the completed tax-exemption form to carey@p-6farms.com. We will reply with a discount code for you to apply to your online tickets. A minimum of 48 hours is required for your tax-exemption code request.

Q Is your farm organic?

We are not an organic farm. We follow an IPM program. Not all bugs are bad, many are beneficial!
